The holder of this ticket assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury (including communicable disease) arising from or related in any way to attending this USATF Event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the actual competition. USATF may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder by refunding the stated purchase price. If lost or stolen, this ticket will not be replaced nor the price refunded. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Holder may not solicit contributions or distribute literature in or near the event venue. Holder may not bring alcoholic beverages, noisemakers, promotional items (e.g. shakers, cups, flags, etc.) with commercial slogans or identification, as determined by USATF, into the venue without written permission. This ticket is not transferable. This ticket may not be offered as a prize in a sweepstakes or contest. The ticket holder is prohibited from using any photographs, videotape or other audio and/or visual recording, or any other non-text based accounts or descriptions of the Event on the Internet or for dissemination through any other method or for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of USATF. By the use of this ticket, the ticket holder also agrees to allow USATF the use of holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission, reproduction or depiction in any media of all or any part of the event. Use of this ticket constitutes agreement by the holder to abide by the foregoing conditions.
